With an architecture by Robert A.M. Stern and interior design by Yabu Pushelberg, the hotel oozes a kind of comfortable, contemporary feel that feels almost like a hushed residential atmosphere. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. The dinning left a lot to be desired
Great hotel and location . Super friendly staff. One minus point is the breakfast service which is run by an outsourced restaurant - service was friendly but took 45’ to get served actual food. This happened on 2 mornings , the third morning we went elsewhere.
We love this property. Great staff and rooms are excellent. The potential for upgrades with Grand Luxury is a great value-add for us, and we had an incredible upgrade this trip. Thanks for a great product.
Fantastic hotel. Exceptionally great front desk and concierge. Polished, warm and friendly, knowledgeable. Quality of service in restaurant, though, is far below other hotels of this caliber (starting with hostess not welcoming (yawning), menu arrived 10 min. after seating, servers forgot items, a general sense of not caring at breakfast). At dinner, steak ordered medium was served rare - this rarely happens at top places. Much of the staff seems non-communicative. However, a bright spot was the fantastic sommelier at dinner. Knowledgeable, polished, friendly, and extremely helpful. Food was good, but would not return due to service.
